- $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

AIM Construction Services LLC is seeking skilled and dedicated Professional Tradesmen/Craftsmen to join our team. We are a solutions-oriented company specializing in high-quality interior and exterior surfaces for both residential and commercial settings. Our craftsmen take pride in their work and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Must have relevant experience in your trade
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including some weekends
- Willingness to work in Durango, CO; Farmington, NM; Cortez, CO; and the surrounding Four Corners region
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 90 lbs., climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work around wood dust
- Experience in the respective trade you are applying for
- Must have basic tools relevant to your trade
- Ability to present in person to the job site reliably and on time
- Ability to follow blueprints and precise measurements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
