Job DescriptionInsight Global is hiring two (2) contract Field Safety Specialists for an oil and gas producer in Windsor, CO to start immediately. The Field Safety Specialists will assist in implementing and fostering the Health and Safety culture across operational groups, performing field visits and inspections, facilitating training, and creating and maintaining safe work practices and EHS programs. These individuals will be providing oversite of the Companys contractor workforce and fostering strong relationships and communication as it relates to safety expectations. Its expected to be in the field as much as possible to assist with pre-job planning, tail gate, lock out / tag out isolation, hazard identification and oversite of all upstream field activities to ensure safety standards are being followed. Other duties may include, but are not limited to Work closely with EHS staff and safety consultants, along with operational leadership and field staff to implement the Companys safety culture. Manage OSHA logs, incident reports, leading agency investigations, emergency response and safety training Participate in regulatory inspections and assist in reporting and corrective action closure. Manage various projects pertaining to EHS compliance and improvement. Review and manage SDS information. Incident management oversite (tracking, forms, reporting, trending), including facilitation of incident investigation and corrective action closeout. Emergency Response (help implement the ERP), participate in tabletop exercises. Assist with risk management with current, ongoing, and upcoming projects with internal personnel and vendors. Multi Gas Monitor program implementation and tracking Fire extinguisher management- location and personnel Establish vendor safety expectations through the contractor management tools Manage continual vendor safety through vetting processes including ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Perform site audits of vendors for compliance with the companys expectations and safe work practices. Conduct EHS training, safety meetings, and emergency drills within multiple business lines. Support environmental management, including but not limited to waste and spill response.The salary range for this contract is $156,000-175,000 a year, pending experience and background. There will also be mileage reimbursed at $.67 per mile and a monthly car allowance since this individual will need to utilize their own vehicle (AWD/4WD - ideally a truck) for local travel around Northern Colorado (200-250 miles per day).
