Collaborate with individuals with diverse medical & behavioral needs in a group home setting.
Provide comprehensive support to adults with daily living activities, including hands-on care, cooking, & cleaning.
Assisting individuals to & from appointments with utmost attention to their needs.
Immerse people served into community engagement through participation in work & volunteer activities, such as the Special Olympics.
Offer assistance in positive behavior reinforcement, goal planning, & enhancement of socialization skills.
Ensure detailed electronic & physical documentation of individualized case notes on a daily basis.
Work seamlessly with nurses, behaviorists, & nutritionists to provide holistic and individualized care.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license is required.
Willingness to learn, no experience needed.
Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, or Bosnian a plus!
