  • Reporting to the Senior Director, Labor Relations of the Company, the Labor Relations – Principal Advisor will be responsible for managing and/or providing Labor Relations support to key business groups and serve as Chief Negotiator in all collective bargaining agreement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, grievances, and NLRB activities across a multitude of contracts. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to advise management, oversee labor relations programs and ensure compliance across the board. The successful candidate utilizes experience or labor relations expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and can affect short-term and long term business goals.
