In this role you will be supporting both our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Intelligent Device Group (IDG). ISG is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servicers, storage, networking and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers. IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. As the ISG Distribution Leader, you will be responsible for leading Lenovo’s Distribution sales organization, driving strategy and execution across a team of Sales Directors, Sr. Sales Managers and through our team of highly engaged Channel Account Representatives. You will be responsible for engaging with and developing key relationships with Distribution leaders and executives to help further develop Lenovo’s 3S growth strategy.What You’ll Do…The ISG Distribution Leader is responsible for delivering revenue; profit; world-class partner experience and overall customer satisfaction. This leader is critical in defining and executing the NA ISG Distribution strategy across Lenovo product lines and all routes to market while delivering growth across our Infrastructure Solutions and Services portfolios.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader motivated by an entrepreneurial environment with a proven success delivering a structured business management system to run a high-performance sales team to deliver on all business objectives. You work well in a matrixed environment; are results oriented; driven by excellence; understand how technology partners operationalize their business and create relationships through executive level engagements.Basic Requirements:

7+ years of sales experience in a dynamic, highly competitive sales environment

3+ Years of team leadership experience

BA required. MBA preferred.

Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Desired skills

Exceptional Technology acumen focused on Solutions Industry Knowledge (Infrastructure Solutions, Intelligent Devices, and Smart Verticals and Services portfolios)

Breadth & Depth of understanding of channel/distribution sales and channel programs.

Proven success leading quota carrying channels sales teams with demonstrated achievement in accomplishing qualitative and quantitative channel growth objectives.

Ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within very large and complex organizations.

Extensive experience with channel partners, service providers, or end-customer dynamics in a dynamic technology environment

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Exceptional sales leader with a focus on strong sales operations skills and the ability to build high level relationships with partners.

Demonstrated team building experience, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.

Aptitude to hire quality talent and coach different selling styles.

Excellent business and financial acumen required.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $121,000- $159,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
