Candidate must be experienced in Fine-Dining with a focus on exquisite food, flavors, textures and thoughtful presentation. Candidate must also have a passion for cooking and the ability to demonstrate their skills in a fast-paced scratch kitchen as well as strong leadership capabilities, proven management skills and experience in recipe development. Candidates must have 2 years prior experience in this role at a fine-dining establishment with solid references and a strong work ethic. Dedication and reliability is a must.
