Uncorked is expanding! Following our flagship location in New Canaan, CT, we’re bringing our elevated high end fast-casual concept to the heart of Georgetown, CT.
We're on the hunt for a General Manager who’s passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to lead a new team through a high-profile opening. As GM, you’ll help shape culture, oversee daily operations, and bring the Uncorked experience to life — approachable food, exceptional service, and wine on tap.
About Uncorked:
We're redefining fast-casual with chef-driven menus, seasonal cocktails, and a vibe that’s equal parts relaxed and refined. We focus on casual dining, but what follows feels more like a polished sit-down experience — minus the pretense.
What You Bring:
3+ years of management experience in upscale or fast-casual restaurants
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Operational know-how: scheduling, inventory, P&L, compliance
A love of wine, food, and hospitality
Calm under pressure, with a hands-on leadership style
Please be able to climb stairs and install shelves (TB)
