About the Role:
We’re hiring a General Manager with strong restaurant operations experience and event management savvy. You’ll run day-to-day operations, lead a dynamic team, and take charge of live music events, bocce and cornhole tournaments with sponsors, and community-facing activations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on energy, engagement, and excellence — and who wants equity in a fast-scaling concept.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience
Manage, train, and inspire front- and back-of-house teams
Plan and execute live band performances, bocce leagues, cornhole tournaments, and brand-sponsored events
Drive local sponsorships and strategic marketing partnerships
Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
Manage labor schedules, inventory, vendor relationships, and P&L
Collaborate directly with ownership on scaling systems and future franchise rollout
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in restaurant general management (multi-unit a plus)
Experience in event planning, sponsorship activation, or entertainment management
Deep understanding of customer service, food safety, and brand standards
Familiarity with POS, scheduling, labor and inventory systems
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and lead a franchise-worthy brand
Passion for hospitality, premium ingredients, and creating community experiences
