We’re looking for a skilled Lead Breakfast Cook with Management Experience to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and Brunch menu items efficiently
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food prep, and cleanliness
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in managing kitchen team performance
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a short order cook in a fast-paced environment
Previous management or leadership experience in a kitchen setting
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take initiative
Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
