Responsibilities:
Assist senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.
Learn and apply safety practices and procedures on job sites.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical training or certification in HVAC systems preferred but not required.
Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
