Busy Construction company looking for a
Receptionist / Office Assistant to work in our office located in Bridgeport CT.
Prior Experience in Construction company its not necessary but a Major Bonus
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and computer knowledge. Experience in the construction industry is a bonus but not required. (no experience required).
We need someone who can work well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service skills. You must be a self-starter. An ideal candidate would be positive, energetic, detail-oriented, computer skills.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Answering phones
Working with customers, answering questions, and writing up orders.
Making appointments & Managing service schedules
Entering new customer info into the computer system
Handling customer payments, electronically.
Filing and Extensive computer use
Extensive QuickBooks use
General Customer Support
& More
Looking for Full Time for the right candidate.
Job entails a wide array of responsibilities and requires someone who is reliable & willing to learn / do what's needed.
