Duties:
You will be working with the field team to ensure proper scheduling, assist with documentation, and progress with projects.
Work directly with Insurance Carriers and Third Party Administrators to verify all Service Level Agreements within the claims process are followed meticulously.
Perform daily job tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, process and intake sheets and create folders, update notes and program jobs within the assigned program, confirm all dates and participants are entered, facilitate information between the homeowner, insurance adjuster, and department manager.
