-Communicate respectfully and effectively with drivers, clients and other staff
-Stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Adjust schedules throughout the day as changes, cancellations or add-on trips come in
-Receive daily trip requests from brokers, facility and clients
-Maintain trip schedules
-Schedule and assign trip to drivers
-Monitor driver progress and provide guidance
-Track vehicle locations through GPS or dispatch software
