What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Office Manager/Assistant Controller for our growing company! This person will be responsible for managing the administrative duties of the office on a daily basis as well as bookkeeping.
'Day in the life':
Support management by supplying all support documentation as needed
Pick up mail and distribute to the office
Assist Field Technicians with scheduling and dispatching
Answer phones and greet customers
General office up keep, ordering supplies
Support all other departments as needed
Complete all other duties assigned by management
Work with company CPA on asset management and all quarterly and annual tax statements
General ledger accounting and data entry
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Accounts payable, receivables and invoice management

Ability to handle demanding, high maintenance customers

Ability to follow directions
Comfortable with banking information, payroll, and merchant statements
What do we require?
Office management/administrative experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in Sage Timberline is a plus
