New Haven Painters, LLC, based in Milford, Connecticut, is seeking motivated & results-driven representatives to join our Door to Door Sales team. As a D2D Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting & selling our services directly to potential customers at their homes. Your goal will be to generate leads, build relationships & close sales through effective communication & persuasive selling techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct door to door sales visits to residential areas
- Introduce & explain our services to potential customers
- Demonstrate the benefits of our offerings
- Answer questions & address concerns from customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities & customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential customers
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our services
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport & establish trust with customers
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals & meet targets
- Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets is a plus
- Business development mindset to identify new opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers
