Field Sales Specialist
Duties:
- Driving to scheduled appointments, selling, and closing new/existing customers (Using personal car at first and eventually a company car)
- Conducting outside sales ideas and activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with internal office and technician teams to provide optimal experiences to clients
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
Skills/Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in in-home sales, home services, or a related field
- Comfortable with driving to 4-5 appointments per day (clean driving record + car that is in good shape)
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge and understanding of complex products or solutions
- Proficient in using CRM software
