KSP Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman with a strong background in glass installation to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise: Oversee and manage daily operations on job sites in Florida, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Glass Installation: Perform and supervise the installation of glass components with precision, following safety protocols and project specifications.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of skilled laborers, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Effective communication is key to success in this role.
Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the field team, project managers, and the New Haven office. Clear and effective communication with all parties is a must.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchase receipts, hours worked, and other key job site documentation. Ensuring proper documentation and reporting is critical for project tracking and payroll.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project, ensuring minimal delays and maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
Glass Installation Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, with a focus on glass installation.
Team Player: Must be a cooperative team player who can effectively lead, support, and communicate with the labor team.
Bilingual (Spanish/English): Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English is a plus, as our team is diverse and bilingual communication is often needed.
Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with project managers, labor teams, and the New Haven office to ensure smooth project operations.
Record-Keeping Skills: Must be able to keep detailed and accurate records of hours worked by the team, along with purchase receipts and other project-related documents.
Travel Flexibility: Must be available to travel to Orlando, Florida for extended periods to work on job sites.
Valid Driver’s License: Ability to operate construction equipment and drive to and from job sites.
