Leadership position available. Must be able to direct and lead a small team. Must be organized and able to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated finisher to lead our finishing department. You must have knowledge of wood materials and species, finishing techniques, and have an eye for detail. You will be responsible applying a variety of wood finishes, and you must know how to match stains, and be able to operate spray equipment. This position requires you to be able to work with other team members. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Full time, overtime is available and plentiful in our busy shop. 401K, health insurance, and paid vacation available.
