We are a small Connecticut hospitality group comprised of three restaurants, Oyster Club, Engine Room, and Grass & Bone, and a partner farm, Stone Acres Farm. We source locally, we have long standing relationships with local farms, fishermen, and artisan producers, we work directly with our local partner farm, Stone Acres to produce ingredients for our menus.
