Description Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Business & Sales Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask effectively in a hands-on work environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, contracts analysis, customer sales analysis, managing logistics & operations, and ensuring compliance in the multinational market. Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand global market trends as it relates to the business
Collaborate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
Develop and implement creative business strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
Prepare regular reports on business performance and market trends in Spanish and English.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.
Accurately predict commodity prices, deeply analyze international commodity markets.
Continually learn and update knowledge on trade regulations in various countries.
Thrive in a small, hands-on work environment and effectively multitask to meet set goals and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in a commercial, business, financial, or sales analyst role.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role in a commodity trading environment (preferred not required).
Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis tools and forecasting models (preferred not required).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
General familiarity with Latin American Markets (preferred not required)
Contracts Finance experience (preferred not required)
Comprehensive knowledge of Spanish Language.
Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
Spreadsheet and ERP system experience preferred
