Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Administrator in our bustling Real Estate & Property industry located in NORWALK, Connecticut, United States. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring top-notch customer service, maintaining accurate data records, and managing email correspondence. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering and directing incoming calls appropriately. Uphold high standards of customer service, address tenant queries, and resolve issues promptly. Accurately enter and process data related to properties and tenant details. Manage email correspondence efficiently, responding to tenants and contractors in a timely manner. Handle reception duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office. Leverage your customer service skills to deliver superior assistance to both clients and staff. Coordinate and manage customer inquiries, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Maintain organized and accurate customer records, updating details as necessary. Monitor customer accounts, initiating appropriate action where necessary. Process customer applications with precision and efficiency. Requirements Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in receptionist duties and customer service is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is necessary. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are critical. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the real estate and property industry is preferred but not mandatory. Availability to work during standard business hours and occasionally outside of these hours as necessary. Professional demeanor and appearance are expected. Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative are valued. Must have the legal right to work in the location of the job. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Experience with property management software is a plus but not a requirement.
