About the RoleIn this role you will oversee international exhibitor sales, including managing country pavilions such as Hong Kong, India, Turkey, Germany, Spain, and more. You will oversee and communicate regularly with the International Sales Group (ISG’s) from each country. You will ensure they understand JCK’s overall strategy and tactics involved in selling booth space and advertising. You will sell not only booth space, but promotional opportunities and digital solutions to help customers showcase their brand and exceed their goals for the show. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B salesperson who is highly consultative and skilled at building deep customer relationships. Opportunities to travel internationally and attend shows in the US. Responsibilities

Working with Sales Management to develop selling strategy by pavilion / country

Collaborating with Sales Director, ISG partners, Country Managers in developing sales targets

Overseeing communication to ISG’s of JCK space and media revenue growth strategies and tactics.

Achieving productivity standards and adhering to all selling process best practices and standards. Utilizing Salesforce, inputting accurate and complete data, managing territory, daily output goals, assigned budgets, etc.

Monitoring international jewelry business, events, and exports to the US to identify future growth strategies and opportunities

Selling at competing shows and preparing show analysis and reports

Managing exhibitor prospect lists. Managing web2leads, insuring ISG’s are acting on all leads in a timely manner

Requirements

Be highly skilled in consultative selling

Enjoy cold calling and prospecting for new business

Have the ability to manage to and meet tight deadlines

Have knowledge of or interest in the jewelry industry and international markets
