Administrative Assistant: Fleet Maintenance
Home Office Support Center: Monroe CT
Job Status: Full Time / 5 days / 40 hours / 8am-4:30 pm

Job Description
The Logistics Fleet Admin role is to provide tactical operations support involving purchases, initiative tracking, project support and administrative support to the Fleet Team. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for accounts payable related to both Fleet and Transport teams. Additionally, this position will play a key role in current and future productivity initiatives.
Key Skills / Experiences:
Supporting delivery experience / truck maintenance experience and the fleet.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative position
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fleet Maintenance
Manage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc.
Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
