High end automotive business looking to hire a part time office assistant.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and checking in/ out all customers in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
Answer phone with proper phone etiquette
Book appointments
Filing
Organizing parts/ handling returns
Learn in house software
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
Must be trainable and willing to learn new things
Must be outgoing with a kind and patient attitude
Hours are: Monday- Friday 1pm - 6pm with some flexibility
Reliable transportation is a must
Follows direction well
Computer literate
Organized and detail oriented
Pay TBD based on experience
Possibility for growth for the right candidate
