Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The Treasury Operations Business Integration role is part of the Treasury Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Treasury/Payment/Finance project management background. Additionally the successful candidate should have some Agile project management experience and a proven track record of influencing and working with a cross-functional partners, developing, and driving product and process strategies to deliver enhanced customer experiences, seamless business integrations and partner solutions.We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:

Lead team/projects in support of client driven initiatives, new business integrations and payment related 'One' Synchrony client services initiatives

Develop a strong partnership with Synchrony business teams to drive early engagement in potential initiatives and collaboration to identify optimal Treasury services solutions

Work closely with business implementation teams to ensure strategies implemented correctly via pre and post implementation validation

Identify interdependencies across the treasury/finance team to ensure efficient execution

Develop and deliver training/documentation and facilitate hand off of newly developed or changed processes to run teams

Meet assigned deadlines and perform tasks as assigned

Ensure completion of required process/project documentation to meet enterprise standards/audit expectations

Provide direction, coaching and support to direct reports and other team members

Drive creation of prioritization process across cross functional/platform stakeholders

Develop standard/quick implementation process to facilitate quick integrations of new products/clients

Manage team member responsible for banking setup and admin tasks related to projects/new clients etc.

Align with critical partners such as Operations, Technology, Accounting, Compliance, Treasury Governance, Risk, Audit and others to identify deliverables, dependencies, and risks.

Augment team BCP efforts by serving as the delegate for the Treasury Operations Leader and Governance team in key processes

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree; high school diploma/GED and 12+ years equivalent experience.

8+ years of Project Management experience in finance, risk or treasury in the financial services industry

Strong systems aptitude, demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to leverage technology as a productivity enabler

Experience with Agile software development framework

Employs a collaborative skillset with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in a cross functional organization

Desired Characteristics:

Experience in Treasury or Finance

Experience in the banking/credit card industry

Experience with Agile software development framework

Experience with SAFe framework

Experience working in a dynamic environment

Experience managing a distributed team

Track record of creative problem solving and ability to thrive in a cross-functional and virtual environment

Understanding of accounting for payment/treasury transactions

High energy, self-motivated, with strong communication skills (verbal and written)

8+ years of experience leading projects

Proven ability to successfully manage and implement projects on time & on budget.

Proven ability to communicate with all levels of employees, management and clients.

Provide direction and support to other team members including mentorship

Collaborative wok style and strong work ethic

Grade/Level: 14The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
