Engage with Resident Care Plans, providing support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering, grooming, and mobility.

Your observations and attention to detail are paramount as you will report any changes in residents' conditions to the Nursing Team.

Seamlessly document your impact in our electronic medical records, contributing to the comprehensive care journey.

Requirements:

Maintain Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of CT.

Maintain C.P.R., First Aid Training, and Dementia Care training.
