XOOM FOODS - the first heat-and-eat restaurant meal subscription service that's disrupting food delivery - is hiring a Restaurant Relationship Manager to identify and partner with amazing restaurants in the Wilmington, DE area.
THE ROLE:
Find the best local restaurants and bring them into the XOOM network. You'll identify new partners, build relationships with owners, taste-test their best dishes, and ensure they're crushing our quality standards. Think food critic meets business developer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Identify and recruit top restaurants for partnerships
Be the face of XOOM - build relationships with owners and kitchen staff
Curate menu items through taste-testing (yes, it's as awesome as it sounds)
Ensure partners maintain our quality standards and delivery schedules
Manage packaging supplies and coordinate with restaurant teams

THE PACKAGE:
$20-25/hour + performance bonuses
