I am currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join my company. I work for a home builder in Middletown, Delaware. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently based on provided specifications. Responsibilities include touch-ups and replacements of trim, cabinet touch-ups, and caulking. While prior experience in the construction industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, candidates must possess some relevant experience in the field. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
