We are hiring for a Commercial Caulking Crew Leader with 3+ years overall experience.
Experienced working foreman able to supervise 2- 3 person field crews. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check… be reliable, work safe and get along with co-workers.
Experience in removal and replacement of 1 and 2-part polyurethanes and silicone using bulk and gun grade materials on window perimeters, wet seals, expansion joints and flat work. Swing stage and lift experience is a plus.
Brick pointing and EIFS repair experience is a plus but not necessary.
Use of a company truck. Dispatched daily from Wilmington, DE shop to various commercial sites.
