Seeking seasoned leader as General Manager of existing pipework, sitework, excavation company, serving the Delmarva Peninsula.
The general/operations manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, both internally managing the business flow, and externally, directing project management and manpower. Create and support business systems that ensure customer needs are met. Manage risk and business office execution. Manage daily field activities. Oversee business development.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business management or closely related fields preferred. Technical background in construction and excavation is required.
We have a skilled and experienced back-end production workforce. We are looking for leadership that can also steer the front office business-office operations and re-tool technology and systems to meet a steady demand of business.
