We embrace brilliance. We embrace independence. Join us.Responsibilities The Agile Application Tester offers functional and analytics support of project scope and objectives. Uses problem solving and analytical skills to support current processes and assist in the creation of process improvements. Provides on-going quality checks on work in-progress in conjunction with the IT Project Manager to help avoid costly or disruptive errors. Must be comfortable with leading projects from start to finish. Demonstrates an ownership mentality to meet/exceed objectives and an ability to overcome challenges. Works directly with our Salesforce Community of Practice to help clients solve business and technology challenges related to improving customer and employee experience. This high performing team leverages the Salesforce technology and platform to help clients transform their sales, service, and marketing capabilities. Typical engagements are a combination of sales transformation, service transformation, marketing transformation, analytics, force platform based innovation and development, change management, and training. Serves as a Tester of software solutions with experience in system integration testing Cloud environments, especially for security. Develops test plans for system integrations and broad understanding of testing methodologies and practices. Performs planning and execution of end-to-end client-based testing including Unit testing, Integration testing, Reports and Interfaces testing, and User Acceptance Testing.Candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day client service within a fast-paced Agile IT environment supporting a major system modernization. Candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Helping clients identify business process improvements and gathering system requirements to help achieve efficiencies, and improve oversight; Tracking, testing, and monitoring issues through resolution using Agile development practices; Participating in daily stand-ups (scrum calls), sprint ceremonies such as review, demo, and planning; Planning and executing test scripts’ Developing functional knowledge in system applications; Developing deep skills in testing mechanics; Creating detailed test scripts using approved requirements, design, testing standards, and data input; Coordinating with the Development teams’ Functional and Programmer analysts in the validation of requirements and design while creating the Test Plan and Scripts; Submitting scripts to peer and supervisor review process and presenting scripts for approval before execution; Identifying data required for execution; Logging any deviations from script steps during execution to support proper QA and client review; and Working with development teams to resolve design issues discovered during testing phases.QualificationsRequired: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including the following areas:o Implementing technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations; ando Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs.Skills Preferred: 1 year of Agile or Waterfall software testing experience in a professional work environment. Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Testrail, Zephyr and/or QTest).Security Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.Additional Requirements This position requires successful completion of a background check and employment verification.
