We are searching for a business architect that has experience in the following areas:Enterprise Architectures: designing integrated architectures for business, applications, data, and infrastructure that support large-scale change programs within organizations.Enterprise IT Strategy: designing business and IT strategy and policy, adaptive to the ever-changing technological developments and responding to the concrete business applications thereof.Transformation planning: building combined business and technology roadmaps that support the planning and execution of organization-wide transformations.Target Operating Models: including business capability modeling, process redesign and establishing effective business and architecture governance methodologies.Technical and Operational Resilience: analyzing end-to-end operations (people, process, technology) that help organizations protect their reputation and comply with regulations.Task Duties include:Provide expert advice, assistance, guidance and IT consulting in support of senior leadershipReview strategic plans, roadmaps and project plans to assess gaps and needs across the enterpriseDevelop future plans based on gap analysis and create a transition planDevelop business process models to demonstrate relationships and processesProvide suggestions and draft new policies as required Develop concept of operations to document enterprise standardsSupport enterprise governance processes by making recommendations to the structure, policies and planningAssist in Integrated Project Team (IPT) and working group establishment and coordination Provide a Recommended Approach for RemediesProvide executive briefings and updatesProvide recommendations for and updates to Processes, Procedures and PoliciesDevelop technical documentation and process flows, and prepare clear, accurate reports; Establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships.
