We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Construction Field Inspector to join our team in the DMV area. The location will be determined based on site/client office location.As a Construction Field Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects meet all required standards, codes, and specifications.Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of completionVerify compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulationsExamine construction materials, methods, and workmanship for quality and safetyReview and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate recordsIdentify and document code violations or safety hazardsCommunicate findings and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and other stakeholdersCollaborate with other inspectors, engineers, and construction professionalsStay updated on changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practicesUtilize inspection software and mobile devices to streamline the inspection process
