In this compelling leadership position, you will be accountable for creating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies-as a pillar of success-for delivering products, services, and capabilities to maximize adoption and minimize resistance through engagement, learning, and listening.
The
Digital Transformation Change Management Directorsets the vision and strategy for the Organizational Change Management (OCM) capability. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. This role provides counsel to senior leaders regarding their change journey to successfully adopt long lasting change. This role sets OCM tactical plans to meet change management demand. This will include designing, developing, and delivering of communications, digital learning and collateral material to execute the OCM strategy and drive learning and adoption across various efforts. This role will also serve as an expert to lead and advise the OCM team.Ideal candidate has a strong background in Organizational Behavior and Effectiveness and Change Management. Knowledge of Financial Services, Technology and Consulting and perspective on strategy, execution, monitoring and reporting.
