Job DescriptionYou and OracleOracle’s Fusion applications bring consistent processes across the most important business functions - from enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, human capital management to advertising and customer experience, - all on an integrated Cloud platform. The Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) team implements the Oracle Fusion applications on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform to enable world class application capabilities for our own internal lines of businesses. Within OAL, the Product and Portfolio Center of Excellence (PPCOE) team defines and governs best of class portfolio management practices ranging from enterprise value stream strategy planning, program management of tools and systems, and definition and implementation of agile methods, all with the main charter of driving optimal portfolio investments in meeting the demand of our internal businesses.We are looking for a highly talented Director, Product Management to join our OAL PPCOE team with a proven track record of identifying and creating excellent business proof points that differentiate products or services to stand out amongst competitors. In particular, you will be creating content that promotes the successful internal implementation projects at Oracle which will be used to support customer engagements that help drive revenue. You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders (OAL, Product Development, and Business Leaders) in multiple domain areas to capture compelling business implementation proof points and convert them to testimonials that increase brand awareness. Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to impress and build trust with our partners and customers and attract new customers, which result in increased market share.Your responsibilities include:

Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-channel communications strategy and plan for the OAL Lighthouse projects.

Identifying and building long-term relationships within internal teams, such as OAL Development, Fusion Development and Oracle Business teams, to capture compelling proof points.

Creating and managing high-quality content using various media forms (articles, stories, podcasts, and videos) that increase brand awareness and build customer and partner trust.

Curating a repository of content that can be accessed for customer engagements, internal events like Fusion Day, and external events like Oracle CloudWorld to support revenue generation.

Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and quickly implement adjustments when needed.

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be highly organized and demonstrate strong abilities to handle multiple tasks at once under time-sensitive deadlines. In addition, we like you to be able to problem solve quickly and provide analytics on what practices are successful, applying them at later points in your work.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

Create and implement product communication campaigns

Build relationships with internal teams to capture business proof points

Produce top quality material and distribute in online and offline channels to drive brand awareness. The goal is to produce 1-2 proof point stories a month.

Promote our internal company successes using various media (articles, whitepapers, interviews, podcasts, videos)

Craft and share content for monthly organizational newsletters and sites

Track ROI for campaigns

Network with Sales and Development teams to understand what’s needed to support customer engagements

Requirements and skills:

10-12 years of proven work experience as a Product Manager or similar role with focus on delivering compelling product marketing communication

Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing campaigns

Hands-on experience with web content management and marketing tools

Detail-oriented, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of SEO and Adobe Analytics

Experience with creating and running marketing campaigns using Eloqua or similar software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good presentation skills

BS Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
