NPosition Type ManagementJOB SUMMARYDirects the Identity and Access Management authentication engineering team which manages the company’s Directory Services, WAM/SSO, and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Platforms. Responsible for the design and engineering for these platforms and manages the Identity and Access Management roadmap. Serves as the primary point of escalation for operational and security issues relating to these platforms and works closely with operational support providers to ensure minimal service disruptions and SLA compliance. Key leadership role responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient authentication of users and systems within the organization.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field or equivalent experience/certification
8+ Years of progressive infrastructure delivery or security engineering experience with several years’ direct experience with Identity Management technologies such as Ping, SailPoint, Entrust, and Radiant Logic.
Direct management of cross functional, sourced, or matrixed teams.
3+ years of experience in supervisory or management position.
Preferred:
Current information security certification, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong negotiating, influencing and problem resolution skills.
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience in business systems and process planning
Knowledge of business environment, service requirements and hospitality culture
Ability to translate information security objectives into mutually beneficial business strategies for the client organizations
Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate course of action
Deep understanding of IT financial structures and ability to manage to corporate financial practices and goals, including drivers of process cost
In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, protocols, and standards, such as SSO, MFA, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Experience with identity federation and identity as a service (IDaaS) platform
Graduate/post graduate degree
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of VDS, WAM/SSO, and MFA solutions, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's security and access control requirements.
Oversee L2 production operations teams.
Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure IAM authentication processes meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Manage and lead a team of identity and access management professionals, ensuring effective collaboration, goal setting, and performance management.
Develop and implement an organization wide IAM authentication strategy aligned with business goals and security objectives.
Define and enforce IAM authentication policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and services and manage vendor relationships.
Build, testing, and rollout of IAM solutions in collaboration with internal and external resources.
Contribute and review solution design: ensure innovation, security and business requirements are met, while also keeping a keen eye on improving the associate’s experience with technology.
Oversees, evaluates, and supports the documentation and validation processes necessary to assure that associates, information technology systems and business processes meet the organization’s information assurance, security and privacy requirements. Ensures the appropriate treatment of risk, compliance, and assurance of internal policies and external regulation.
Provides sound advice and recommendations to leadership and staff on a variety of relevant topics within the pertinent subject domain. Advocates policy changes and makes a case on behalf of the company via a wide range of written and oral work products
Applies knowledge of priorities to define an entity’s direction, determine how to allocate resources, and identify programs or infrastructure that are required to achieve required goals within the domain of interest. Develops policy or advocates for change in policy that will support new initiatives or required changes/enhancements.
Manages and measures information security implications within the organization, specific programs or other areas of responsibility, to include strategic, personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, emergency planning, risk management, security awareness and other resources.

In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
