Location: Mid-Atlantic, remote with up to 25% in market travel in DC/MD/VAThe Associate Director, Value-Based Care is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of work supporting Privia Quality Network (PQN) within defined ACO Programs. As part of the PQN Leadership team and partnering with the Operations Team Leads, other Program Leads,  and clinical leadership, develop and implement value-based programs, performance metrics and accountability, and performance improvement measures as needed. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining close relationships with payer partners to ensure Privia is positioned for success given any future program changes.
