They will also be responsible for the imaging and QA analysis of each file/document. They will also receive, and process requests for microfilm documents, including the request to digitize microfilm. Track activity, create / modify reports, and distribute any required updates and or changes as required by established practices of the related SOP's. Processes and fills requests, for both internal and external customers. Creates and updates standard operation procedures for the QA process.The candidate will be responsible for the integrity of certain database information, and the ability to perform quality control. Investigates questionable data and takes corrective action when necessary. Maintains files and other related records. Performs other administrative duties as needed, including monitor emails communications. Participates in special projects as required. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.Employees will wear business casual attire Monday through Fridays. Business casual is a polo shirt, dress shirt and/or sweater, khakis or dress pants and business shoes. Employees supporting commission hearings or VIP staff shall wear traditional business attire. Traditional business attire includes suits or dress shirts and ties, and dress shoes for men; and business-oriented suits and dress shoes for women.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Effective and professional written and verbal communication with team members, management, and customers

Eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

US. Citizenship required

At least 2 years of experience:

Completing tasks using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reference tools and guidelines

Working with Microsoft applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Data entry

Customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associates or Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of experience working in Quality Assurance or Quality Control

2+ years of Records Management Experience

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $18.22 - $23.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
