Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead to produce insights, new product or change recommendations, process improvement or automation, and predictive modeling. You will coach, mentor, and guide the team in the application of data mining and data analysis methods, be adept with common large data processing techniques, computational programing capabilities, practical problem-solving skills, and have an ability to articulate solutions to non-technical consumers or partners. As a lead associate, you will partner and coordinate with data engineering and data management teams, and provide guidance to your team in the application of data mining techniques to external or created data sources in preparation for analysis or use of enterprise data assets.

The Enterprise SF Risk - Data Science - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities

  • Coordinate product and/or business owners across divisions or product lines, data engineers, and platform teams to define business needs and advise on current capabilities, data availability, and alternative uses.
  • Lead the implementation of new statistical modeling capabilities which requires skillful coordination of multiple processes, systems, and/or stakeholders.
  • Use advanced predictive analytic capabilities to enhance the delivery of business applications, and support the integration of data and statistical models or algorithms. Apply new or innovative practices in research and testing to product development, deployment, and maintenance .
  • Design new modeling applications to support risk measurement, financial valuation, decision making, and business performance.
  • Design data visualizations, technical documentation, and non-technical presentation materials to communicate new ideas and high-impact solutions to business partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years
  • Experiencein Python orR programming
  • Skilled in SQL
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Skilled in Tableau
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • The group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
