Design and develop instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements

Conduct training and develop appropriate training objectives and test methods and designs instructionally valid training materials

Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans

Design and develop computer-based training, web-based training, electronic performance support systems and other technology-based learning solutions

Develop flow diagrams and story boards

Design instructionally sound lessons in a variety of delivery media

Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content

Provide guidance and work leadership to lower-level personnel and may serve as technical team or task lead

Develop change management strategy, planning and delivery

Actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships

Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

4 years of experience training clients on how to use Enterprise Resource Planning technology during and after implementation

3 years in a technical or functional lead role

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Ability to travel 10%-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Associate's degree

Preferred:

Experience training clients on SAP S/4HANA software solutions

Experience using instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies to create client deliverables

Experience leading new business process training and an understanding of how new system fits within clients business processes and the business process transformation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108k to $180k.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.   • Summary The incumbent of this position serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within Technology Services (TS), Technology Support Operations (TSO) Division, under the direction of the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for TS. The CTO is responsible for enhancing and continuously improving the OIG information technology operational capabilities and is responsible for information technology (IT) infrastructure, maintenance, and security. Responsibilities The Inspector General of the Department of Education (Department) heads an independent and objective organization responsible for audit, investigation, and other services related to programs and operations of the Department. The Inspector General provides leadership and coordination and recommends policies for activities designated to promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the administration of programs and operations, as well as to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in such programs and operations. The Inspector General is the principal advisor to the Secretary of the Department on the above matters and is responsible for keeping the Secretary and Congress fully and currently informed about problems and deficiencies relating to the administration of the Department’s programs and operations and the necessity for and progress of corrective action. The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) consists of the following six components: Immediate Office of the Inspector General Audit Services Investigation Services Technology Services Management Services Legal Services Technology Services combines audit, innovative solutions, digital evidence and analytical expertise to address IT management and security issues, investigate cyber-related crimes, and conduct proactive data analysis. TS also leverages the use of technology to generate products and services that advance and enhance the OIG mission. The incumbent will perform the following duties: Supervises and directs the work of Information Technology specialists in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of the OIG IT infrastructure. Evaluates subordinates’ performance; approves leave; recommends promotions, reassignments, and disciplinary measures. Keeps employees informed of OIG goals and objectives. Develops, implements, oversees, and monitors a program of assessment and authorization for OIG systems, data, and infrastructure to ensure that all systems have a valid Authority to Operate (ATO). Ensures the proper integration of Information Technology programs and services; and develops solutions to integration/interoperability issues.
