To bolster our efforts, Freeman has introduced a unique hybrid role: the Finance Administrator Agency. This position is pivotal in administering the Procim application and facilitating coordination among Project Leads, Growth Leads, Event Production Directors/VPs, and various Accounting/Finance partners, ensuring seamless support for all account-led projects. The Finance Administrator's responsibilities are integral to the daily operations of our Procim and SAP Accounting administration.The Finance Administrator will support event teams by preparing month-end recognition reports, monitoring time utilization, tracking KPIs, and conducting system integration audits for individually managed project budgets. Additionally, they will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Procim application, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting integration issues. Reporting to the Agency Central Services team, the Finance Administrator collaborates closely with Professional Services, Growth, Accounting, FP&A, and business operations daily.This position will support our Agency Central Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week based out of one of the following locations:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret financial data to comprehend business conditions, outcomes, and accounting implications effectively.

Collaborate with project and business leaders to fulfill financial requisites; deliver project and business analysis and reports.

Develop and manage monthly accounting reports utilizing Excel, Procim, Salesforce, Workfront, and SAP.

Generate spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to highlight financial trends and conduct comprehensive analysis.

Manage project budgeting within a shared environment, ensuring precise control of profit margins, third-party expenses, resource optimization, employee time tracking, and accurate project budget allocation for accounts lacking assigned Project Owners (approx. 65% focus).

Facilitate reconciliation between client budgets/SOWs and internal systems to ensure project alignment.

Take ownership of financial components within assigned projects/accounts.

Lead internal financial analysis initiatives and consultations.

Perform system administration tasks, including user/group administration, security & routing permissions, research queue warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, while ensuring application programming interfaces work together seamlessly.

Ensure and measure master data integrity through reports, charts and dashboards.

Interact with executives, managers, subject matter experts and development teams.

Interact with users and other system teams to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and providing technical support when needed.

Perform routine/scheduled function and data audits of the application.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Financial Analyst Space.

Familiarity with events and financial/accounting systems and processes preferred.

Proven ability to manage projects and data.

Strong background in budget management.

Procim, Netsuite & Airtable experience a plus.
