Conduct and complete rough carpentry work and finish as well as interior carpentry work including but not limited to millwork, casework, and installation of decorative panels, doors, frames, door hardware, and specialty items.
Review jobsite needs with Foreman and Superintendent to coordinate and fully comprehend scopes of work per plans and specifications to complete job assignments.
Operate equipment including forklifts, backhoe, skid steer, construction hoist, and compactors.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other related documents to implement work to job specifications.
Display high level of teamwork, integrity, and commitment in daily operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience with at least 2 years of interior finish experience required.
Proficient in the use of related tools to complete work assignments.
Tools of the trade/tool bag required: Trim nail, multitool, carpenter pencil/chalk, 9" trim bar, miter saw, multi-angle (45/90 degree), 7" square, pliers set, framing nailer, impact driver, cordless drill
PPE: Hard hat, safety glasses, high visibility vest, steel toed boots
