NPosition Type ManagementThis is a temporary position.As the FLEX Manager, Media Platform Project Manager, you will help shape Marriott’s advertising platforms (including the PLUS Platform) product strategy, roadmap, and technological framework. This role involves designing and implementing connectivity solutions to integrate our advertising technology with key marketing partners and internal systems, ensuring a robust ad tech ecosystem. Key responsibilities include coordinating platform deliverables from vendors, gathering technical requirements, managing feature prioritization, and defining success metrics. You will lead troubleshooting and upgrades for Marriott’s hotel-level ad buying Platform (PLUS) while facilitating cross-departmental meetings to keep stakeholders aligned on progress and milestones.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience Required

4-year degree from accredited college or university in Business Management, Marketing, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance

Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management skills with a record of on-time, on-budget project delivery

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

Understanding of APIs, cloud services, and integration technologies

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in ad tech and digital advertising

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Supports the development and maintenance of the advertising product strategy and roadmap

Manages comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives

Coordinates platform integrations across departments for seamless connectivity and collaboration

Reviews marketing partner API documentation and defines Platform integration requirements for 3 rd party vendors

Works closely with external vendors and partners to ensure technical compatibility and streamlines integrations

Conducts regular system audits to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

· Stays abreast of industry trends and advancements in ad tech, incorporating new technologies and practices to maintain a competitive edge· Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes under your purview

Creates testing schedules for product features and establishes success metrics

Gathers and relays platform feedback from internal teams to third-party vendors

· Collaborates closely with global and regional media team leads, as well as cross-functional teams in marketing, digital, distribution, and IT, to understand business needs and strategic goals, translating them into precise technical requirements

Facilitates cross-departmental update meetings to keep stakeholders informed of Product updates
