The Global Manager Network Services will lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the client’s global 24x7 voice, LAN, WAN, cloud connectivity, internet services, and network security platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Network Engineers supporting the client’s global network environment.Manage team workload, workflow, staffing, performance, training, and on-call engineering schedules.Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of voice, LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud networking, internet edge, and network security services.Establish and maintain network policies, procedures, standards, documentation, and operational controls.Ensure compliance with change-management, maintenance, disaster recovery, business continuity, security, and documentation requirements.Partner with Information Security, Compliance, Systems Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Service Desk, and Technical Architecture teams to deliver reliable and secure technology services.Lead network modernization initiatives, including SASE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, automation, and security enhancements.Review and approve network designs, implementation plans, and infrastructure standards to ensure alignment with business, cybersecurity, and operational requirements.Manage network hardware lifecycle, capacity planning, availability, and performance optimization.Coordinate with IT leadership, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are appropriately planned, staffed, monitored, and delivered.Develop operational metrics and provide clear reporting on network availability, performance, service delivery, and improvement initiatives.Facilitate regular operational meetings, service reviews, and technical strategy discussions.
