POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the creative needs of our local DC office. This role will focus on developing print and digital materials that market commercial properties, support broker pursuits, and build brand recognition in the local market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in delivering polished, on-brand creative work. This role will report to the Local Strategic Marketing Manager.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign a wide range of marketing materials including property flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, pitch decks, signage, social graphics, and email templates.Collaborate closely with brokers and local marketing team members to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.Ensure that all creative output aligns with Stream’s brand guidelines while allowing for local customization.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Prepare and package files for print and digital production.Retouch and enhance photos for use in marketing collateral.Maintain and organize project files, design assets, and templates in accordance with local and national best practices.Stay current on design trends and production techniques to continuously improve work quality.
