Hardware Support TechnicianThis is a contract opportunity.This is a fully on-site opportunity in Washington, DC.About this PositionWe’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardware Support Technician for a 6-month, on-site assignment in Washington, DC. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the seamless migration and deployment of end-user devices, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician passionate about deskside support and customer service.Job Responsibilities Support the migration and deployment of various end-user hardware. Provide deskside technical support throughout the migration process. Set up and configure mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop systems. Assist with imaging and configuring devices to meet company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration hardware and software issues.Job Skills/Requirements Prior experience in deskside support and hardware deployment. Proficiency with mobile and endpoint device management platforms (MDM). Experience imaging, deploying, and maintaining laptops and desktops. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
