This position will be part of PwC IT Services (US) LLC, a member of the PwC network of firms, . PwC IT Services (US) LLC provides technology services to other PwC member firms. The Service Managers are the key liaison between the region, the territory and are the first point of contact for all service quality issues and escalations - operations, support and project related. They own and manage the territory infrastructure operations budget.
