Job Family :Management ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 10%Clearance Required :Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do :You will be a part of a large 100+ person Project Management Office (PMO) team supporting a financial system modernization effort for a large Federal Government customer. As a member of the PMO, you will work hand-in-hand with the system integration and data conversion vendors to track, oversee and help improve their implementation processes and ensure adherence to best practices and strategic plans. Support the update and drafting of program management plans, standards, and procedures in alignment with the scaled agile framework and the process improvement approach Review and provide a recommendation to the Government on its existing communication of status of the overall project and each specific wave Review and provide a recommendation to the Government on its existing knowledge management approach Review and update the Program Governance Plan to include an organizational and decision hierarchy model to facilitate coordination between project and program leadership Review and make recommendations to the existing Risk Management and lessons learned process and align it with the scale agile framework. Support the update and refinement of an implementation approach/timeline, wave scope statements, wave schedules, wave CONOPS, and a wave interim target state ecosystem Support the development of comprehensive plans to support users during and after go-live and during an elevated period of support, called Initial Go-Live support Support the program by assisting in developing metrics that involve different areas of the operations that measure system and program performance when the data becomes available Support the coordination of Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Internal Control tasks, statuses, briefings, governance boards, work products, and deliverables Provide assistance in cultivating framework in furtherance of its continuing efforts to implement OMB Circular A-123, Management’s Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Update and deliver a Prioritized Risk Plan detailing dependencies between financial systems and their interfaces to identify risks to confidential, integrity, and availability inherent in the technical solution and transmission of data Support the Government in the assessing the design and effectiveness of controls in ensuring that the information technology infrastructure support the completeness, accuracy, and validity of information processing through control walkthroughs Support the Government in monitoring process deficiencies and process performance to confirm sustained success and prevent process exceptions or degradationWhat You Will Need :

US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

0-2 years of relevant experience.

B.S./B.A.is required.

Good written and communication skills.

Good problem-solving skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have : Certification in a related field are desired, but not required.The annual salary range for this position is $47,400.00-$85,400.00.
