What you will be doing:Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methodsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beveragePresents menu and specials, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and serviceRelay orders to the kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.Serving food and beverage items to guestsHandle cash and remittance; collects payment from customers.Stocking of stationsMaintain cleanliness of restaurant; clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.Following established service guidelines and practices; continually demonstrate the Service Principles with every interaction with guest and colleagues.Carrying out other duties and responsibilities that may be requested by your teammates or manager.Maintain a positive service attitude at all times and be willing to help and advise guests with all questions and requests they may have.
