Consultants will work within internal control frameworks, risk frameworks and regulator and compliance methodologies. Throughout Risk & Compliance projects, consultants will help develop key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries. As a Risk and Compliance consultant, you review transactions to provide process improvement recommendations. Risk and Compliance consultants will work within various segments, including but not limited to financial crime and anti-money laundering, risk management, credit services, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and analytics.Meaningful onboarding. Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Management, Applied Math, Mathematics, and Statistics)

Technical Skills Desired:
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
A foundation of core business processes
Interest related to banking, insurance, and asset management
Experience in tools such as Microsoft products (particularly Project, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI) and Tableau
